Bell Tower and Rank 100
Repair the Bell Tower through its intended quest access. Version 1.0.2 fixed both pre-unlock entry by glitch and a crash caused by rapid ladder interaction. Version 1.0 also raises the Renown cap to 100, adds Town Rank Quests and introduces the Mistril Town Rank Event.
