How the Mission Board works
Stillwell’s challenges are not a rotating list that can be cleared in any order. The current sequence advances one mission at a time, beginning in the Upper Mines and ending in the Ancient Ruins. Accept the active objective, defeat the named target and return through the normal quest flow before expecting the next challenge.
The board appears with Stillwell after the final Saturday Market expansion. If he is not present yet, finish the plaza progression before looking for a missing mission. His fortunes are a separate service and do not replace the Mission Board.

Efficient route through the Mines
The list naturally groups into biome pairs: Saplings and Rock Clods in the Upper Mines; Mushrooms and Enchanterns in the Tide Caverns; Stalagmites and Essence Bats in Deep Earth; Flame Spirits and Lava Cats in the Lava Caves; and Flying Tomes, Rock Stacks and Living Gryphon Statues in the Ancient Ruins. Mimics are the exception because the current table lists them across Mine biomes.
Prepare for the deepest biome you have already unlocked, but do not assume you can skip ahead. A later target appearing during ordinary exploration does not complete a mission that has not become active yet. This page also avoids spawn percentages: room generation and monster availability are better handled as route planning than as a promised per-floor rate.

If the installed build is current and a counter still appears unchanged, confirm that the matching mission is active and that the defeated enemy matches the objective. Avoid editing save files or deleting quest data; neither action is supported by the official fix notes.
Completion and the Hero achievement
Completing all Stillwell Mission Quests unlocks the Hero Steam achievement. The furniture recipes form the Monster Set reward path, while the achievement records completion of the full sequence rather than ownership of every crafted furniture piece.
